This Privacy Policy explains how Rubelet LLC (“Rubelet,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit rubelet.com, contact us, or use our AI voice receptionist services (together, the “Services”). Rubelet is a Delaware limited liability company located in Newark, Delaware, United States.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. Your name, business name, role, city and state, email address, phone number, call volume, and anything else you submit through our audit request form or send us by email.
• Call and message data. If you become a client, we process call recordings, transcripts, caller phone numbers, appointment details, and SMS content generated by the receptionist we build for you.
• Technical data. Basic server and request information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this website and we do not use cookies for tracking.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare your Missed-Call Revenue Audit.
• To build, configure, operate, and improve the Services you engage us for.
• To send you service communications, reports, and — with your consent — SMS updates.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

SMS and calling consent

We only send text messages to a mobile number you provide together with your express written consent. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchase. Calls placed and messages sent on behalf of client businesses are handled in line with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state law, including honoring do-not-call and opt-out requests.

Service providers

We rely on vetted vendors to deliver the Services — for example website hosting, telephony and messaging providers, speech and language model providers, customer relationship management software, calendar scheduling, and email delivery. These providers process information only on our instructions and under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

Protected health information

Rubelet serves medical-adjacent businesses, and calls may incidentally involve health information. We design call handling to minimize the collection of health details, and where a client is a HIPAA covered entity and the engagement requires it, we will enter into a Business Associate Agreement before handling protected health information. Do not send us health information about a specific patient through this website's forms or by unencrypted email.

Call recording

Where recording is enabled, callers are notified as required by applicable federal and state law, including all-party consent states. Clients are responsible for the greeting and consent language we configure with them.

Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls limited to personnel who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, ask us to stop contacting you, or withdraw SMS consent at any time by emailing zain@rubelet.com. Depending on where you live — for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, or Virginia — you may have additional rights, including the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of targeted advertising or sale (we do neither). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Children

The Services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new “Last updated” date on this page.
